    On the website customers are able to select from a wide selection of training couses to suit their needs and subscribe online.

    The site also features a news and blogging section where 5 Star Marine can keep its viewers up to date with the latest events and changes to training course and practices.

    Latest up to date weather forcast and tidal times are dispaied for viewer reference.

    The site displays an excellent gallery of Powerboats and Cruises in use while in training along with videos from their YouTube account.

    Customers have the option to sign up to receive a regular newsletter Which is totally managed within the site. The newsletter manager collects user subscriptions within a mailing list and allows you to create your own email template with links directly back to pages and content within the site.

    AJHR Solutions

    Human Resource company AJHR Solutions required a website to showcase their services. We designed a new logo for the company using a 3D stickman with a circular hoop featuring the four main areas of the business. The stickman was used within the header of each section page, with the background colour changing and the hoop logo rotating to match.

    A blog section was built into the site where AJHR Solutions can publish latest news and advice relating to their business.

  • Exact Kitchens

    Exact Kitchens from Wokingham near Reading briefed us to update their website. They wanted to make it mobile-friendly, but images needed to be big enough to be displayed on large screens in their showroom.

    The website displays high-quality images from our clients’ product range and customer case studies. We optimised images for the web while ensuring quality and detail were retained

    The website was built using the latest Joomla CMS. As well as having a responsive web template, it has a fully smartphone-friendly web-based admin section.

    Estage agent and letting company Girard Lettings from Newbury, UK.

    The website features a data feed importing property details direct from Girard Letting's in house system. Thsi feed publishes all property details to Vebra and Rightmove on the web. The website imports and updates all property status and availability daily, keeping it up to date with all the major property letting sites.

    The front page features the latest properties and an overview map showing all property locations.

    Each property displays its own map location and a form for customers to request viewings and further information.

    The site features a property search and gallery for each property and downloadable EPC documents showing Energy Performance. The floating search menu stays in position as the viewer scrolls through the list of properties.

    Girard lettings work with Douglas and Gribben to promote their rental properties. A dedicated Dougle and Gribben page has been created with the design reflecting their brand identity.

    Harmony Blinds website is built on a Joomla CMS system that allows our client to edit and update all page content themselves.

    The full range of blinds is available to view with a filter option to display only selected product types. Each range page has its own image gallery showing blinds installed in homes, so customers can see how they look in a real-life situation.

    The site has a simple form where customers can request a visit and order new blinds. This has been very successful in generating lots of new leads.

    Three versions of the home page were produced to generate different landing pages for Reading, Bracknell and Wokingham. Each is sent to load depending on the domain name used. This helps search engine optimisation and generates leads specific to each area.

    Inspired to Lead are a leadership training company aims primarily at the education sector running training course for head teachers.

    Inspire to Lead wanted a professional looking website where they could create user areas and write news blogs where users could read and write and comments.

    The site has a networking component build in where people who have attended their courses can create their own profile and network with other members and groups, very similar to Facebook.

    The site has a fully resposive design and making it adapt to view on mobile devices.

    Also built into the site is a mailing module which manages a making database and where Inspired to Lead can send regular newsletter emails to their delegates.

    Macloed Films create comercials for some of the leading cosmetics companies. Simple design with loads of power.

    Video files take up a lot of file space and can require a powerful server to play back. Videos could have been loaded to a site such as YouTube and played from there. But then they would gey braned with YouTube and often played with frustrating web ads. Macleod films wanted a simple looking site that manage their video library and play them directly from the server, smoothly.

    Wicko Design created a simple and clean website where the videos cold be loaded into a manager and playbed back. The site makes playback possible on web devices from mobile to desktop, keeping the controls simple and the playback to fit any screen size.

    Nick Currie Professional Tree Stump Removal

    Nick Currie briefed us to design a new logo and build a new website. Nick wanted a simple site that would show off his tree stump grinding and removal business.

    The logo was designed using the C of Currie to symbolise a grinding and cutting wheel. The C symbol is also used for avatar icons for social media such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

    The responsive website design works well for Nick, allowing him to show his site and services to customers when on location. With videos published on YouTube and incorporated into the site, Nick can play these to fill the mobile screen, showing customers exactly how his stump grinder works.

    Also built into the website is the option to collect customer details into a mailing list. They can then be mailed from a built-in newsletter template mailing system all held and managed within the site.

    Outgoing and extremely bubbly Shannon Robinson of SLR-photography wanted to separate her wedding photography from her corporate photography work.

    The website we designed has an easy to use Joomla CMS system, allowing Shannon to edit and upload new images keeping the site looking fresh and up to date. The site incorporates clean design with fresh brand colours and an individual funky headline typeface.

    The front page has a range of images from a gallery that allows each image to be enlarged in a pop-up box.

    Built into the site, there’s a blog section where articles about new photoshoots and advice are shared. Blogs are initially displayed in preview mode with the option to open to read in full.

    Galleries and Shoots pages have a tab style display which slides left and right to show large images which can then be opened to display more information and related images.

    The Testimonials area has a montage of images and supporting text presented in a grid.

Their site explains the services they offer and features a detailed registration form that helps collect all the legal data required to authorise guardianship. The site uses a responsive template that enables the site to resize to display clearly on smartphone and tablet devices.

    Based in Bristol and Edinburgh, National Playbus Association is the only umbrella organisation supporting mobile community work across the United Kingdom.

    This organisation required a new brand logo and image for their new name ‘Working on Wheels’. This was to reflect that they are a modern and professional organisation working with various mobile community projects, ranging from nursery play groups to full IT and media recording studios. The vehicles are no longer just buses but a whole range of trucks, vans, buses and articulated lorries.

    The site was set up to be totally self managed where new articles and information including images and video could be easily create and added to it.

    A library of source material for people and organisations looking to find help and information about creating a mobile community projects is available to read and download as pdf documents.

    Photo galleries of previous projects with images that enlarge to view in greater detail and a members classified sales area where existing project vehicles can be sold.

    The new website for local building company in Surrey called Barcap and Sons, www.barcapandsons.co.uk.

    The site built on the Joomla CMS system. Template incorpoartes bright clean modern graphics style with large rotating image banner on front page. On each service page of the site there are different showcase galleries showing the quality of work that Barcap and Sons can provide. The Joomla CMS system enables the customer to login and easily edit and create new pages themselves. There is a built in image editor which can edit and optimise all images for the best perfomance on the web.
