Cotswold Bowls Centre required a new refreshed online shop to sell their lawn bowls products. The website needed to be clean and easy to manage allowing them to add and update all their products on the site.
Since the launch of the website, Cotswold Bowls Centre has successfully processed regular sales. They have been able to adjust pricing and change products details when required.
The site is built on a responsive template that works for mobile and desktop devices. Fine tweaking of css styles were create to improve the overall look and feel of the website from bother desktop, tablet and smartphone devices.
There is a meta tag manager in the site for all products and pages within the website. This has helped set all meta details for the site, build a sitemap and submitted to Google. The site has seen progressive organic growth within Google search engine.
Build on the latest Joomla CMS with Virtuemart shopping cart on a gantry template. With a one page checkout and PayPal payment gateway it allows customers to choose, checkout and monitor their orders progress. An SSL certificate on the server protects customer security and encrypts their details while send via a web browser. Using Wicko Designs website maintenance service the sites received regular site audits, admin protection and full site backup which is kept on another server that ensures all details are protected.

Exact Kitchens from Wokingham near Reading wanted to update their website to make if mobile friendly yet still be big enough to display on large screens in their showroom.
The site displays high-quality images from their kitchen ranges and case studies. Images needed to be optimised for the web but without loosing too much quality and detail.
The site was built using the latest Joomla CMS which not only has a fully mobile friendly responsive web template for the front of the site but the web based admin section is also fully smartphone friendly.
Corporate and Wedding Photographer - SLR Photography
Outgoing and extremely bubbly Shannon Robinson of SLR-photography wanted to separate her wedding photography from her corporate photography work.
The websites we designed had an easy to use Joomla CMS system that would allow Shannon to edit and upload new images keeping the sites looking fresh and up to date. The site incorporated clean design with fresh colour brand and individual funky headline typeface.
The front page has a range of images from a gallery that allow each image to enlarge in a pop up box.
Built into the site theres blog section where articles about new photo shoots and advice are shared. First displaying each article in blog view with title and brief into with the option to open to read the full article.
Galleries and Shoots pages have a tab style display which slides left and right to show large images on each tab that could then be opened to display more information and images related to each tab.
Testimonials has a large gridded montage of images and short testimonial copy.
Nick Currie Professional Tree Stump Removal
Nick Currie came to us to design a new logo and build a new website. Nick wanted a simple site that would show off his tree stump grinding and removal business.
The logo was designed with the C of Currie to symbolise a grinding and cutting wheel. The C symbol itself has been used for avitar icons for social media such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
The responsive website design works well for Nick allowing him to show his site and services to customers when on location. With videos published on YouTube and incorporated into the site, Nick is able to play these to fill the mobile screen, showing customers exactly how his stump grinder works.
Also built into the website it the option to collect customer details into a mailing list that can then be mailed from a built in newsletter template mailing system all held and managed within the site.
