Working on Wheels

Based in Bristol and Edinburgh, National Playbus Association is the only umbrella organisation supporting mobile community work across the United Kingdom.

This organisation required a new brand logo and image for their new name ‘Working on Wheels’. This was to reflect that they are a modern and professional organisation working with various mobile community projects, ranging from nursery play groups to full IT and media recording studios. The vehicles are no longer just buses but a whole range of trucks, vans, buses and articulated lorries.

The site was set up to be totally self managed where new articles and information including images and video could be easily create and added to it.

A library of source material for people and organisations looking to find help and information about creating a mobile community projects is available to read and download as pdf documents.

Photo galleries of previous projects with images that enlarge to view in greater detail and a members classified sales area where existing project vehicles can be sold.

AKURA website

AKURA's website presents their latest range of electronic goods. Clear navigation and built in search facility enables the viewer to quickly find the product and type they are looking for. Each product page contains full descrption and features along with images which can be clicked to see enlarged in more detail.

Electronic manuals can be downloaded in pdf format for all current and past products.

The content management system behind this website allows AKURA to easily add new products and edit existing details.

Wickstead Garden Architects

This simple site works as a brochure style site and to promotes the work and services offered by Wickstead Garden Architects. The site uses a selection of standard html and animated Flash elements.

The front page displays a slow rotation of images from each section on the site.

Section pages for portfolio and box hedging have extra buttons to display other more examples and details of their work.

Armed Forces Art UK

Armed Forces Art UK sell greeting cards and limited edition aviation prints generating income for various charities.

This sales site contains over 1000 aviation images and products which are continuously increasing. All images featured have the option to purchase as greeting cards, various sizes of fine art prints and canvases. The image listings are managed via the administration control panel giving full control of the items, offers, shipping and payment modules. There is even a section to enter special coupon codes which will give the customer special promotional discounts.

Individual pages host all the product information with special selection options such as size or colour etc. Inset images allow the user to see larger images and to see certain items in more detail. Each product can have a selection of related products to help encourage the viewer to other items.

Full shopping cart feature stores the selected item in a smooth drop down menu with the option to progress to checkout or hold the information while the viewer explores more features and products on the site.
